How often does my data refresh?

The data refresh occurs daily for Fishbowl customers by default.

Users can manually refresh their data by accessing dataset management in the data workbench option from the configuration bar.

• Choose the specific dataset requiring a refresh,
• Click on the adjacent settings icon and select "Republish" to initiate a manual refresh of the data.

Users also have the option to schedule the data refresh at their convenience by selecting the scheduling option. Please refrain from scheduling multiple refreshes within the same hour as it may cause refresh failures if the first job is not yet finished when subsequent jobs are started.

How long does a data refresh take? Depending on the database size, data refreshes can take as little as 5 minutes to a maximum of 4 hours. Please refresh the scheduler to see the status.

How much far back do you pull data? By default, we pull two years of your data, if available.
