  • How do I add a particular column to an existing report?
    Simply click on the field you want to add from the list on the left side tab of Explorer when adding a column through Explorer.
  • How do I save the changes I made to the report?
    Once changes have been made to the report, it can either be saved as a favorite in the reports section or pinned to the Storyboard to keep it. Documentation Link: Explorer — ConverSight Documentation
  • How many users can I add?
    The number of users you can add depends entirely on the plan you have chosen.
  • Where do I find the date, my trial expires?
    Click on the profile icon on the top right and select the Account page. There, you can find your trial end date. Additionally, there will be a countdown of your trial days on the platform's banner, which updates daily.

General Platform Use

  • How long do my sessions last?
    By default, your ConverSight session will remain logged in for one hour before auto-logging you out.
  • How to connect to other connectors and load data into platform?
    Users can utilize the data connectors within the platform to connect to their data sources. Once connected, they can use the data management tools to create a new dataset and load data into the ConverSight platform.   • My data hasn’t refreshed. How do I republish it?

  • Where can I see, what data is getting pulled in?
    Detailed data pulls will be logged into the "Show Recent Activity" feature. To access this, Navigate to the Datasets page, Click the settings icon next to your dataset, Select Show Recent Activity -- this will provide a log of all recent actions performed on that dataset
  • I’m seeing issues with my data discrepancies or inconsistencies, how do I fix?
    In order to best investigate this situation, please submit a Customer Support ticket, including a screenshot of the incorrect data and the expected value. Including the name of the Storyboard, Report, or Athena Question asked will help us pinpoint what and how the data is being pulled.
  • How do I submit product enhancement and/or new feature request feedback?
    Within Conversight, Click on the feedback button on the right side of the screen, Input your feedback Click on Submit All feedback submitted is reviewed by the ConverSight Customer Experience Team.

  • How do I train Athena?

Explorer

  • How do I update date and period interval parameters?
    Users can update the date and period interval in the filter section. By default, the period parameters are set to "all," but they can be adjusted according to user preferences. Note: The date and period interval will only function if date columns are present in the query.
  • How do I see recently pulled reports?

  • How do I create Folders for reports?
    Users can create folders while adding a report to favorites by clicking the "Heart" icon in the right-side menu. When prompted for "Folders," type a new name to automatically create and save it as a new folder or select an existing folder from the dropdown menu to save the report in an existing one.   • How do I save reports as favorites without pinning them to storyboards?
    After creating a report, users can add it to their favorites by clicking the "Heart" icon in the right-side menu. This action saves the report in a folder designated for favorite items. Documentation Link: Explorer — ConverSight Documentation
  • Can I select fields across different tables?
    Yes, you can select fields from different tables, but you cannot select fields from different datasets.

Insights

  • How to create a Drill Down on data? Is there any default Drill Down?

  • How do I delete an Insight?
