The program is open to all directly contracted ConverSight customers—new or existing.

Options for Earning Points

• Academy Course Completion: Complete courses in the ConverSight Academy and earn points while sharpening your skills.

• Beta and UX/UI Testing: Help shape the future of ConverSight by testing new features and sharing your experience.
• Custom Implementation Completion: Earn points when you wrap up your first custom ConverSight implementation!
• Customer Advisory Board (CAB): Join our CAB to regularly share insights, shape our roadmap, and help solve industry issues.
• Customer Reference Calls: Lend your voice and share your ConverSight story with prospective customers in active evaluations.
• Customer Referrals: Refer a peer to ConverSight and earn points—and when they become an annual customer, you both get $1,000 in credit!
• G2 Reviews, Quotes, and Testimonials: Earn points when you submit G2 reviews, testimonials, or customer quotes for use in marketing materials.
• Interviews / Publications: Participate in a video or written case study highlighting your ConverSight success story.
• New Customer: Welcome aboard! New annual customers start with points—because no one should start at zero.
• Online Engagement: Post or reply in the ConverSight Community or on social media and follow ConverSight and earn points for staying connected.

• 1-Hour of Training: Unlock a personalized, one-on-one virtual training session with a ConverSight expert. Whether it’s a deep dive into advanced features or a refresher on best practices, this session is tailored just for you.
• 2-Hours of Support Services: Redeem two hours of virtual consulting with our support team for hands-on assistance with a specific project or initiative. Get expert guidance to help you optimize your setup, solve challenges, or implement new ideas.
• “Ask Me Anything” Session: Spend 30 minutes in a virtual session with a ConverSight senior leader. Bring your questions, ideas, and insights—this is your chance to connect directly on topics that matter most to you.
• Charitable Donation: Pay it forward by converting your points into a donation to a cause you care about. Choose from a list of pre-approved charities, and we’ll make the donation on your behalf.
• Conference Event Ticket: Join the action at a ConverSight-hosted or attended event! Redeem your points to cover the cost of admission and get exclusive access to thought leadership, networking, and insights.
